Methods to Prevent the Formation of Freckles and Remove the Existing Freckles

1. Treatment with Q-switched laser device. Q-switched laser device is an expert in the treatment of pigmented lesions, the freckle is included of course. As existing in superficial position of skin, laser with a wavelength of 532nm is enough. Start the operation with a low energy and big spot-size, and increase the energy according to the patient’s feel and clinical performance. The clinical endpoint is: freckles get darker in color and bulges from skin. Several days after operation, the pigment of freckle will fade away gradually and fall off definitely in the end.

2. Treatment with E-light device. Choose the 530-1200nm filter, start with a low energy, and increase the energy gradually according your observation. Its clinical endpoint is same with that of Q-switched laser device treatment. As freckles spreading in dot, remove it one by one with Q-switched laser device is too troublesome to do. Use E-light, you can avoid this problem effectively. What is more, with a specific wide-spectrum, E-light device can realize the function of freckle removal and skin rejuvenation at the same time. Hence, make a comparison between them, E-light is a better choice to remove freckles.
